Solar loan – Solar loans have the same basic structure, terms and conditions as other home improvement loans. They have the same considerations as other types of loans such as lower interest rates, short term loans will have higher monthly payments but lower total costs over the life of the loan and they can be either secured or unsecured. Many zero down loans are offered.

After your quote and financing have been finalized, it is time for the contract to be signed and for Infiniti to take over and perform its job!
The first step will be some site inspections. We will look at your electrical system and examine the structural integrity of your roof. Following the inspections, our engineers will begin the design for your solar panel system. After the design has been authorized we will finalize the documents and submit them for permitting.
Installation and Inspections
On installation day our skilled technicians will arrive with completed site surveys and will be totally familiar with your specific requirements. Our team will arrive at your home, set up their equipment and get to work on your roof.
They will mark off all the places the solar panel mounts will be placed and attach them to your roof. They will then install the racks and panels, making the appropriate connections. After that the final connections between the panel, inverter, and your main AC panel will be made.
Operation and Maintenance
After your solar panels have been installed there isn’t much left to do. Enjoy seeing lower utility bills and savor the fact that you are taking a huge step in reducing your carbon footprint.
There is not much to maintaining your solar panels. They are designed to handle inclement weather and their life expectancy is between 20 to 25 years. The only maintenance required is a yearly cleanup to remove dust and grime.
Solar Federal Tax Credit
If you own your solar energy system, you are eligible for the solar tax credit. You can claim your solar tax credit when you file your yearly federal tax return. If you signed a lease with a solar installer, you are not the owner of the system, and are not eligible for the tax credit.
